Kinda odd we haven' got a topic about this yet, but whatever. I've been messing around with Blender a bit, and this is a render of what I got so far:
Not much, I know, Blender is still a very mysterious program to me.

Yup, the middle-mouse drag is so inconvenient. Numbpad camera control FTW (sucks for laptop users)It's very intimidating when you start working with it, since it seems almost useless. It takes a bit to learn about what it's capable of doing.
Numpad control? Oh man, that sucks.
Not sure if you can remap it.
Also, is this the 50.000th post?
