How did you make the thing it stands on? Did you make the profile manually and then used the spin tool?

Yeah, the base of the gumball machine was just a curve I made and converted to a mesh, then spun around 360 and removed doubles to seal the seam. Pretty simple stuff. The hardest part was the glass, which still doesn't look right. If I had it warp, you couldn't tell that there were gumballs inside, but as it is now, it doesn't look like a sphere... Ah well, I misplaced the file anyway and can't find it to try to fix it.

All right, you know how I got Maya and such, well I haven't been sitting around, I've been learning it. And it's reallly hard to learn, this is my first completed project, it's in .mov format when you unzip.
And this is a model I'm working on, I still need to skin him and add bones.
