All seems good to me, except that STUPID SWINGING UP ON NOTHING THING, NYRARHGGAHRGHSGAHHR
Also, it looks a bit weird sometimes how no matter what angle she is at when she is running, when she goes to an idle position she has no rotation whatsoever...
Aaaand, getting up that little bit near the start where you have to slide under it to go up the slope, is really hard now.
I don't really understand that, I mean, maybe if I was using my thumbs (hell I still play 'southpaw' on any first person game I can set it in), but WASD sounds like you've been playing too many PC games (and I blame the still digital keyboard input for the horribly imprecise floaty FPS controls, that even made their way back to LittleBigPlanet, shame shame!).
Pretty much any PC game that requires you to control a character while using both the mouse and keyboard use WASD controls. I'm not sure when it was first done (I believe it was Quake actually) but it's pretty much become an industry standard now. But I think it's fine to use the arrow keys as you are using now. It's not that hard to adapt to.
[EDIT]I just got a bug where a message is stuck on the screen... not to sure what caused it though.
Well, yeah, cause you HAVE to, if you're right-handed and using a mouse.
THEN, console devs thought it was a bright idea to put aiming on the right thumbstick and moving on the left, even though I've been aiming with my left thumb for MANY MANY YEARS, and aiming is the more precise function. ANGERZ!!!
Message gets stuck on screen when you quit while a message is up. On the to-do list.

I prefer the console standard actually. Left stick to move and aiming with the right stick just works for me. Maybe because I grew up with it *reminisces playing Star Wars: Battlefront II on the PS2*
I think what Niall means is when you're hanging on something (say a platform) and then move the very edge and keep moving, you're sorta holding onto mid-air. And pressing up to swing up onto the platform looks like Faith's swinging on nothing.
I didn't grew up with any sort of thumbstick thing...
And for people with AZERTY, WASD controls sux0rz
Oh, and I noticed that if you slowly walk of a platform, you hang on the side, and climbing up is no problem. Maybe you can make it that if you "hand 2 hand" to the side of a platform, you hang on it in a similar way as described above.
And I noticed Brad has the same avatar for a VERY long time :3
It certainly has. It's like that, hopefully some will stick it out for the long-run. 
Brad, I'm not sure how I forgot to mention this but are you gonna add a height in which Faith will die if she jumps from. Since she's not FPM.

Time-splitters was amazing... I can't wait for Battlefront 3 though (or even LoTR:Conquest!)

Anyways, beta .08 up. Not much different besides a few new symbols and *gasp,* a brand new super secrety messenger bag to find.
- Also, you can avoid hoping from a ledge that you hit upwards by letting go of all the arrows, she'll just stand up.
- Popups sticking on level reset fixed
- Wind loop
- lots of little code optimizations
Less bugs means I can work more on the rest of the game! 
Fixed that nasty jpg compression on the header. Jpg? what was I thinking??
Hey Brad, when you released .08, you broke the ending somehow, so now you can't go back to the beginning AND your time won't stop. 
We can't speed-run now! OH NOEZ.

EDIT:found the hidden bag! Very nice piece of work, though it wasn't THAT hard to find...
I found the new bag too. And was that floating red bar at the end in the previous versions (I'm guessing not), 'cos I accidentally jumped down there and didn't die. At first I thought it was a bug until I saw her slowly come up. 
I don't think it was in there before since a bag moved to the bar and a note about the bar appeared.
I thought so.
Hey, .08b is out, lol.
