I'm going to keep this short and simple. I've already written a frickin epic today already(http://www.bornegames.com/forum/topic.php?id=39). My list:

CoD5 might come out before the end of this year. Although it's not confirmed and rumour has it that it's going back to WWII (PHAIL) and I'm not hyped about GH Aerosmith... they're milking the GH way too much. It's like what happened with DDR, I think they know that Rock Band is going to be the way to go in the future and just milking the franchise for all it's worth...

Battlefield Heroes is a free online game by EA, looks like TF2. It also looks good. I'm interested in that too.

Oh dear god. No.

I have been waiting for RB for eternity. I heard it was frickin awesome! Damn, well the Â£180 (approx. $354.71!!!) price tag puts me off anyway.

Hittingnthe notes was way less forgiving than GH 2 or 3, and going through the menu and stuff was terrible! Sorry to ruin youre hopes of it being great, it just didnt have the quality and class I was looking for

I'm not sure about GH2, but in GH3 the leniency about the timing of hitting notes was increased for more casual players, I heard.

Tbh, I prefer the round-buttons of GH to RB's rectangular things. I'm sure I'll just try it at a friends house or something.

Nah, Rock Band is much better. Playing 4 player is just an awesome experience. I really prefer Rock Band's rectangular things better, you can see their order much easier when there's a bunch clustered together. On GH my brain always got confused if they were too close together since they're so wide (and that's probably why people have to use hyperspeed on GH3).

Doodle, sketch, draw, design, fill notebooks with elaborate scenes, funny character designs, and gameplay ideas.
Find your own personal style and run with it. Craft characters and stories that you love.

@FPM4Life: GoW2 should be good this fall, if the tech demos are anything to go by. Still unsure about MK vs DC Universe though, the premise is good (and I enjoy MK) but the jury is still out. I'll wait for some hands-on impressions first.

@DrNeroCF: I haven't played RB yet ( ) but I recall someone saying that the guitars in GH3 are much better than the guitar in Rock Band. And, I don't get confused when they're clustered together... not much anyway...

MK will kill DC. I hate DC, the only characters I like from them is Batman and Lobo. I wasn't too excited when I heard about the project at first but I can't complain. It's a new MK game AND a new idea for the series.

I prefer Marvel most of the time. Spiderman and Iron Man FTW!

I'll have to see more about MK Vs DC to say anything about it, but hopefully it's a good game. I'm not that into fighting games myself. Currently too busy playing GTA4 online.
