Man, what is it with schools teaching outdated languages? I think mine teaches an older version of Java or something...

If you haven't learned AS2 yet I'd recommend learning AS3 instead. If you're ever planning on learning another object-oriented programming language it's a lot easier to do so after having learned AS3 as opposed to AS2.

@VG: I've tried out classes in AS2. What's the actual difference with just having that code in the first frame of your mc, next to classes being more annoying to code?
