Much better ending.
Now we must go back to writing.
Much better ending.
Now we must go back to writing.
Alright, so we're sticking with Nyubis' ending?
Ok then...
It was the first time Flash Hawk had decided to let Flamelance's bloodlust run free. Not even he was sure what would happen. He had sampled some of it's awesome power before and nearly lost his life, many moons ago but he was stronger and wiser now; if worse comes to worse he should be able to control it. Albeit with much difficulty.
Flash Hawk just stood there, drawing his breath. Preparing for the worst.
Luzaz paused as well, safe in the fact that whatever he did wouldn't be able to deal much damage to him.
Then it happened.
The crowd saw a horrifying image, Flamelance seemed to bubble then change... It become a djinni of the flame; towering over the gargantuan Colosseum. But neither of the fighters even flinched. They were engaged in a battle of their own. Both faces contorted in horrible pain. Akeaz fell backwards when Flamelance was released, his ears ringing from the horrible sound erupting from the sword.
"W-What the hell is that?!" Akeaz yelled.
"The sword's true form, to think he would release it here... his opponent must be strong." Replied Oshal, his face solemn and distressed.
Luzaz was complacent, too arrogant and that would prove his downfall. His mental defences were lax, knowing that even so Flash Hawk would have trouble getting through. But when his head seem to explode from the sheer power of Flamelance infiltrating his mind, even he had trouble pushing it back and rebuilding his defences. In the brief moment the djinni was free to roam inside his head, it seemed to have gone through some of memories.
Luzaz was panting heavily now, pushing out the djinni caused a major toll on him mentally. And just keeping up his defences now was difficult, Flamelance would continue to push. Never stopping, never pausing. He knew that even if the smallest crack appeared in his mental defences, the djinni would be there to exploit it in an instance. He could feel it slowly killing him, all the energy was being sucked out of his physical body to reinforce his mind.
He had to do something. Quick.
Luzaz instantly pointed all of his attention on a small stone lying on the ground, the same moment he let go of his defenses. The Djinni entered his mind, but Lulaz was well trained enough. All the Djinni could find was the small stone lying on the ground, which acted as a void and prevented him from piercing through towards the deeper layers of his mind. Lulaz teleported again, but Flash Hawk had seen it coming, dodged the rather slow attack, and thrusted forward. But it seemed that swinging around the sword affected the Djinni, because Luzaz could take his attention of the ground for a moment.
Flash Hawk realised what this had become.
A cat and mouse - game. If he stood still, the Djinni could force Luzaz on focussing on the ground, making him unable to move. If he moved, Luzaz could teleport.
Flash Hawk started biting his lip. A bad habit that occured when he was nervously trying to think. "What to do, dammit? He's 3 meters away from me, I can't make it in time. And he's able to hold of the Djinni quite well. I need a strategy."
And it happened to be that he wasn't very good at strategy. Skill with the sword and speed was what he normally relied on.
Wow.
You guys makes "hard to continue" endings.
Well we end there because it is hard to continue =/
[WARNING: HUMOR] And then as they put thier weapons in the air, A silver arrow pierced through thier chest. It was indeed, THE END.

Lul I messed it, sorry. (Im not gewd with storys.)

Haha, if you're not that great with writing stories. It's perfectly acceptable to input your own ideas and suggestions and someone can implement them into the story.
But anyway, let's continue...
The crowd, still startled from the horrific site of the Flame Djinni, have started to settle down as it just stood there. Unmoving.
"What's happening?" Akeaz asked from atop the tower.
Oshal, his gaze unbroken, replied: "They're duelling with their minds... heh, to think you were capable of this Flash Hawk. But there's going to be a problem..."
"A problem? You think Flash Hawk is going to lose?"
"No. Well, not necessarily. It's hard to tell from the outside who is winning, but if Flash Hawk wins he's going to have trouble sealing that Djinni again." Oshal said.
Meanwhile the clash of minds continued. For Luzaz, his strength was wavering. The Flame Djinni was definitely a legendary beast, since being fully released it hasn't stopped pushing the limits of Luzaz's abilities. The only thing that is keeping his mind sane is the entrance to his mind being so small.
Flash Hawk too was panting heavily. He has to force the Flame Djinni towards Luzaz's mind or it would obliterate everyone in the Colosseum; which would be bad. There have been moments where his resolve had temporarily waned, almost letting the sword's immense blood-lust engulf him. But he stood his ground and managed to retrieve his mind from the blood-lust.
"We've got to end this." Flash Hawk thought. "And soon."
I'm sorta stumped on where to go from here.
Lol , "How should I know?" Heh heh.

"But how? I'm already having enough trouble controlling the djinni, let alone I can actually do something... Though I should attack Luzaz directly, because his mental resistance is greater than mine, even though the djinni focuses on him."
For a moment, Flash Hawk considered softly dropping the Flamelance and attacking Luzaz with his fists, but if he let go of the sword, his control over the Flame Djinni would vanish. "Then I'll do it the old-fashioned way.", he said, as he gently picked up a stone from the ground. It was the only stone within his reach, so he carefully took the time to aim. Using his left arm made it more difficult, but he was to afraid to switch hands, for disturbing the Flame Djinni's vessel, would also disturb the djinni.
Using the most of his power and precision, he threw the stone at Luzaz, who still stared at the ground. The stone landed on his cheeck with a ferocious impact.
Luzaz fell down to the ground, and so did his mental defences. The Flame Djinni, now being able to freely roam around in the head of his target, didn't really work carefully. Luzaz screamed as his mind was being pierced.
Flash Hawk watched it happen, and thought "I hope you're doing it well, my friend. As always, I have faith in you, Flamelance."
Tis getting time we get over with this IMO.
hey guys, i think i'm going to try and write a piece too. next is the team battle i thought?
If someone kills Luzaz before you, you can write a piece of the Team fight.
Pleaze introduce yourself!
Hai
Indeed, but Luzaz isn't finished yet. Though it prolly won't take long anymore. And FH still has to reseal the djinni.
yh, i know. I'm still working on it, i got a name and basic character already
and there u go, i introduced myself, srry didn't know about that =P
EDIT: oh and i forgot the edit button so srry about double post
Hey, double-poster...
If there still is something unclear, visit the questions topic.
OH NOES!
Nyubis cousin can't just have double posted!
Here we go again!
Flash Hawk watched as his opponent screamed, rolling on the floor. His scream sounding like a thousand piercing bats screeching for blood. Flamelance was certainly having a good time in there.
But Flash Hawk continued to have a solemn expression on his face. He knew an even bigger task lay ahead, having released Flamelance, he'll have to reseal it. A prospect he's not exactly looking forward to.
"Yes! Flash Hawk won!" Shouted Akeaz triumphantly. Before recoiling slowly back at his outburst, still finding it silly that he is cheering for someone who had wanted to kill him earlier this very day.
Oshal continued his unwavering gaze at Flash Hawk. "Heh, don't worry he has that sort of effect on people. You'll be fighting to the death one minute, and be best of buddies the next. There's just something about him that makes him likeable." Oshal obviously noticed Akeaz's retreat after his cheer.
Looking at Oshal, Akeaz noticed his eyes. A really dark hazelnut brown they seemed... sad. Like they have seen many a contestant suffer a horrible fate in this grand arena. 'I wonder what Oshal's story is...' Akeaz wondered...
"Flash Hawk hasn't won yet." Oshal said, breaking Akeaz's train of thought. "Here comes the tough part."
Akeaz re-centered his eyes towards the duel. Luzaz was pretty much defeated now, his mind fed to the Flame Djinni - which, without a doubt, was wrecking havoc within his head. But the apparition of the Flame Djinni still towered atop the Colosseum...
'Ah... crap.' Flash Hawk thought. He was mentally and physically exhausted. In retrospect, releasing Flamelance completely was probably a bad idea as he tried for the third time to reseal the Djinni back into the blazing blade. He dropped to one knee, breathing heavily. 'I guess this is it... This isn't really how I imagined how I would die...'
Flash Hawk fainted.
I had an idea on how to continue this, but I've written enough. And besides, I wanna know what ideas you guys have.
And Thanks to me I Present you.
