Wasn't Sunshine 64 just like a two level demo?
I finished the game with 63 shines and 57 star coins (too lazy to get the final shine and look for other coins).
I should really play this game again, it was so well done...
No, although there was a short two level demo for it.
But yes, The game really was terrific. I might end up playing it again soon.

This game I think it's nothing that bad?
It looks like it was someone's first attempt in Flash. Based on the really awkward physics, poorly programmed enemies, and boring level design, this game really isn't all that great.
I'd say not, VG; the graphics were decent, and decent graphics usually don't accompany a first flash game 
Uh, the graphics were from Super Mario World.
It's not hard to go to MFGG and download a texture sheet.
Although granted, it wasn't a stick figure I suppose.
