   It´s so stupid.. The people who hate Bush. Im always ready to see why the people hate him. Usually they blame it all to Bush and dont know what they are talking about. This Obama basically told people what they wanted to hear. And it works.. People are so stupid that if you say everything will be fine they stop whining..

   Lets see what this Obama can do. Sorry, but I think he is more of a talker. Actually we outlanders think that Obama is very inexperienced and doesnt know what he is doing. Big talks, small muscles

   No one dares to blame Bush before giving a longer post than this one

   I find that quite a good trait actually, if you can make people believe that you can make everything fine that it'd be better then if they were running around like headless zombies panicking. XD

   One of skills the President definitely needs is being a charismatic speaker. The problem is that it shouldn't be their only skill. In the coming months/years we'll find out about Obama, I feel he still needs to prove himself.

   Although the anticipation people are piling onto his shoulders pretty much means he won't be able to reach people's expectations. Everyone's expecting too much from him, he has an insurmountable task ahead of him.

   For being a guy who just got elected because he's black (half-black, but whatever), he talked very little about his skin color in his campaign, don't you think? Sure, it was mentioned a few times during the inaguration, but imagine what heights he could have hyped it up to if he'd wanted.

   Sorry for not being bitter and cynical, but i think he WILL bring some change. Of course, he can't do everything people expect from him, but i think he'll do a lot better than McCain and *shiver* Palin would have done.

   Actually AP he did play the race card a lot, and did not discourage other people in his campaign from doing so.

   Calling international leaders is something presidents do every day, the Guatanamo move won't happen for another year and in reality he didn't even really sign in anything new.    and the stimular package is really a horrible move, its being condemned by a lot of people because its really not going to DO anything. All it does is throw money at the problem.    Obama made a big mistake in pretty much insulting the press within his first week of becoming president . . .

   Also, did you notice WHY there was a hold up on his cabinet positions? He also had someone drop out earlier because of some past issues . . . that were VERY much a problem for the position he was going to hold.

   ArtisticPlatypus, you think it was cool from him to do those actions on the first and second days.

   I call it naive for him. He seems very naive and makes me mad that he got elected because he is black and he used people´s unreasoned rage against Bush to use them.
