I was wondering, now World II is done and the forum is growing, shouldnt FPA deserve its own Wikipedia page? I think WJUK mentioned that before, but it doesnt exists yet. I'm not so familiar with Wikipedia, and I'm not gonna write an article on my own, so... Does anyone hav a article suggestion?
Oh yea, I recall me saying something like that. Was always too lazy to do it.
Most of the time I read Wiki and not create articles, so I'm a bit inexperienced at it. Pretty much all my experience editing articles was messing around on adding my birthday into it. Which was promptly removed.

Opening Paragrah
Fancy Pants Adventures is a free online side-scrolling flash game, created by Brad Borne. Two worlds have been released so far, World 1 (insert date of release here - I don't remember them 
) and World 2(same with World 2). Its a fluid combination of discovery, speed and fun.

Gameplay
Gameplay in Fancy Pants Adventure is kept simple by it's use of employing only the directional keys and the "S" button on the keyboard to jump. This is true for both Worlds that are currently released.
The wall jump was obtainable in World 1 as a secret power-up from a pit that you travel to through a cardboard box (was it?) and was noted by Brad that it was still work in progress. Quickly after obtaining the wall jump, you had to employ the uses of it straight away to avoid an inevitable death from the slowly filling pit. The wall jump became an official move available in World 2's increasing repertoire of moves. This was first shown in a demo that was made available by it's creator: Brad Borne; on his blog on November the 9th 2007 (can you clarify that Brad? I've found this on NG and it says March 13th 2007...).
Brad's Blog
Brad's blog quickly became an integral part of the BETA process. With new BETAs being released on a fairly regular basis that no other websites had. Brad employed the use of his blog-goers as BETA testers and bug-reporters. It became the central hub for the latest bug-fixes and BETA news.

I would work it somewhat like the Mario article. I think it's laid out pretty well there.
Pretty good start. Maybe talk about FPM's design, enemies, bosses/goals, snailshell golf, etc. I'll write something soon, I'm just a bit busy at the moment.
And if you don't remember something, ie. when World 1 was released just say:
World 1 was released on <DAY WORLD 1 WAS RELEASED>.
so we know to replace it later.
I'll throw in my two cents:
The free Flash gaming website AddictingGames has called the main character of the series, Fancy Pants Man, a "modern-day Mario" due to the games' use of jumping, running, and the stomping of enemies, much like the Super Mario series of games.
Not sure where that should go...
It's not really enough to warrant a full article yet, me thinks. We need a bit more content.

How's this for enemies:
As Fancy Pants man explores the different levels within each world, there are small enemies that try to hinder your progress. These enemies include spiders, snails, dragons, and even rats with guns. You can get rid of these enemies simply by jumping on them (S button), and even launch off them by holding the jump button.
And for bosses:
At the end of each world of Fancy Pants Adventures, you have to fight a final boss. In World 1, the final boss was an angry penguin, who you accidentally fell upon and woke up from sleeping. The penguin was originally named <INSERT STORY ABOUT THE ORIGINAL PENGUIN WHICH I DON'T REALLY KNOW>. In World 2, the story was a bit more complex. After an angry rabbit stole your ice cream reward (see "World 2"), the purpose of the game was to run through to the end and fight the angry rabbit and reclaim your ice cream prize.
Do you think I'm simplifying it too much?
Dragons? Aren't those ravens with teeth? They look like that to me.

There should probably be a STORY section, no matter how short it's inevitably going to be.
STORY
In World 1, there wasn't much plot or story to drive the game forward. The game was mostly driven by it's gameplay. Although in World 2, Brad explained there would be a light plotline (through his blog) to the game to make it more enjoyable. It didn't affect the gameplay but was there for comedic purposes. This involved a rabbit stealing your ice cream while you were talking to the mayor of Fancyville (Was it called that?) and the you faced him (her?) as the end boss.
Check level 3, world 1 for the 'dragons'

I was in a rush when I wrote that. I knew it wasn't Fancyville... but I couldn't accurately recall what it was.
Hm, I think I have the release date for World 2 written down somewhere, but World 1 was released on Newgrounds on the day it launched, so whatever that says, same with the demo.
