I think they took the engine of the original Pac-Man and edited the maze (I guess
), it's just a matter of style: if you go in an online-games website, you'll see lots of different tipes of pacman. (Don't know if you can understand what I'm trying to say with my sintax )

I understand what you're saying, but
1)They couldn't have taken the original engine of pacman, that only worke don arcades
2)I wondered how they made it without Flash. All those pacman parodies like in those online-game sites use Flash, but this one on Google doesn't.Not in cruelty

A few things:
One: On the blog post about it, they said that they have been working with the origanl designers, to give a real effect. They've even added the personalities to the ghosts, so that they act like they should.
Two: It's made in JS. Mainly because of the fact that Flash would lag-a-lot.
Three: I never played all the 25 levels in the banner.

Flash shouldn't really lag that much.
And there are more levels but no new maps in traditional Pac-man. When you hit level 256 in traditional Pac-man, you get a KILL SCREEN. Yea, wiki that.
