I've seen web site that have hacked deferent flash games like FPA 2.

What's more, please don't expect us to help you if you did not provide details. What do you mean by hack? You didn't even provide examples. >: (
I am not trying to be mean but it is about time you learn. If you are going to start a topic that may not go far (I mean, who's interested in hacking FPA?), it defeats the purpose of starting it in the first place.

Cheat Engine will work in most cases (mainly for editing values).
If you're using FF, it's the plugin-container you want to hack.

RAM hacks. Kinda disrespectful, IMO.
Though I did see a video with every baddie in level 1 of World 1 replaced with the penguin. That was kinda awesome. Don't think it was distributed, though.

True, but some people just want to test the limits.
If developers are worried, there are ways to obfuscate the values. Although I think it'd be overkill.

I miss cheat codes in games.
I miss the old GTA cheats with angry pedestrians and hovering cars. I also miss the game genie, some of the stuff you could do with that blew my mind when I was young.

@KYCF: I was referring to Vice City more specifically (or even GTAIII which I can now play on my phone...). But San Andreas would work too.
