i got ideas, and my brother is pretty good a drawings for a game, but how can we actually create a game like this.

Iv'e made a lot of games on scratch and I know the easiest way to come up with a game idea is to do nothing. It will come with time.
If you absolutely need one right away what you can do is brainstorm extremely random things.
Cheese,
Bannana,
shampoo bottle,
dish washer,
hotsauce,
iron board.
You got a game right there.
It's called "Bannana fighter" You fight on a ironing board, First against a shampoo bottle then hot-sauce and finally the dishwasher.
Remember, easy mode saves lives.

To make games I'd recommend: Flash, Game Maker, Unity and Scratch. Those are all the programs I know for it.

It depends what programming languages and/or skills you have.
And if you don't have the know-how to code a game, are you willing to learn? And to what extent?
