Indeed. I just wanted to tell you guys what I think of the iPad.
The iPad can do many things. It can open Internet, send mail, etc. I think it is a very cool thing.
However, it is really just a oversized iPod Touch, with more memory in it.
And it is true that it doesn't have a USB port or a CD drive. So Apple isn't really doing much innovation or inventing at the moment.Hmm....Posted 3 years ago # -
Well yeah, maybe it'll be more like a combination between iPhone and Macbook. It'll be a lot more expensive though.

My laptop doesn't burn my lap. But that's because of me building the most awesome laptop stand ever. That gives me a perfect keyboard angle, and that puts the screen a little bit higher.
It also allows for storing the external mouse under the computer.

Your laptop can't always be silent. When your playing a game etc. you should hear the fan noise.
As for burning your lap, my laptop doesn't either. But I've heard of some that do, but it's easily avoided by putting something between (a cushion is always a good choice).
