I just got the same mouse glitch, where he just freezes and becomes harmless, except it was with a spider. I was actually recording at the time, so I have a video of how I did it.

Yeah, it's pretty easy to get it, you just have to land at the right angle.

I've tried it but It just views the preloader without the loading bar or ads.

I was playing fancy pants, again, from my laptop, as I had downloaded the FPA2 swf directly using save page as. I was as usual running around having giggles going right up as far as possible at the beginning slope in level 1, then rolling down or jumping and bumping straight off the wall.
At one point I managed to jump high enough to start walljumping slowly upwards between the two sides where you fall down at the beginning, and I managed to get all the way to the top.

My idea was, if maybe Brad put a little something up there, like a little easter egg for people to find?

Oh, and also, I found that if you jump on a mouse at a certain angle, he doesn't die, but just freezes doing nothing:
