Well, it can somehow read brainwaves. And that's all it is. Unless software somehow becomes powerfully enough to fully decipher these brainwaves (and I doubt it unless it's some kind of uber-quantum biological computer) it'll only get some wavey lines that it needs to put through some equations.

It's gonna take a while for those brainwaves to be analyzed and for them to figure out exactly what they mean. That's why I said it'll probably be released in about five years.

Probaly. It would also be difficult to make an entire game with the focusTest(sounds like AS lol) they hav now. They should or
1.combine it with a regular controller so that the mind stuff is telekinesis only
2.make it recognize directions
