I was wondering, wich do you think thats the best? Newgrounds or Kongregate?
I prefer Newgrounds because of:
-Contest days
-Many more submissions
-better design
But Kongregate is better on:
-Achievements
-Chat system
-FPA rated higher.
I like armorgames...
I tend to use NG and AG. Don't go on Kongregate much. Although Achievements was an amazing idea, reminds me way too much of XBox Achievements though.
I dont use AG much. But Kongregate is more alive.
I guess it is. Maybe that's why I'm scared of using it. It'll suck me in and I'll have even less time to do other stuff. 
I prefer Kongregate why
It tends to be cleaner, that is you don't need a ratings system because most of the games are not as offensive as the ones in new grounds
In like a year, I'm actually uploading a game to Kongregate and (maybe) Geocities. Look for a game made by ExplodingPigeons (my dev. team, Exploding Pigeon Games) or look for Naruto: Battle for the Hidden Leaf as the title. We'll have a beta site up soon! (Thanks to VideoGuy!) So far, I like Kongregate better.

Well, in the second level, you're Kakashi and you can do Chidori, but it's mostly shuriken and kunai.

Well they both have ups and downs
Kongregate: Looks neater, very slick, achievements, live chat is kind of cool
Newgrounds: The community is really what makes Newgrounds shine, the actual developers are awesome too.
I guess I would say Newgrounds is really great because of the community it has, and Kongregate really has the looks going for them. So...both i guess lol
If i ever get a good idea and use the engine I'm making look for the game on Newgrounds first!

Well, speacking of Naruto, there are some guys on my class who, *laugh*, haha, keep doing attacks and superpowers of Naruto's cartoons. Haha it's soooo funny! They say:"Chidori!!!" and then they start running and hitting each other.
