EDIT: Ok, it gets dang hard with those moving platforms. I'm not going to spend the time it will take to succeed. I give up on this one.

Nah, i got it to the end platform on the left, and then kicked it over from there.It's not that hard. Just jump from the top platform onto the shell.

Well, it'd be possible to stick a shell there if you get it right. If it doesn't come back out when you hit it then it should be a glitch.
