while I was waiting for the browser version of Fancy Pants World 3 to come out, I watched the one played on Xbox and Playstation network. I saw a lot of different kinds of weapons and costumes and levels that I did not find in the Fancy Pants 3 played on the browser. Where are all those extra weapons, levels, and costumes?

The console version wasn't explicitly developed by Brad. His game was inspiration and he was the producer (I think).
As for the costumes/pants/hats, the way Brad animates means it's really difficult to create new animations for these. IIRC, he animates every frame individually (that's what I recall from when he was talking about FPM's hair - he spent quite a bit of time on that btw).
Not to mention, he probably gets more revenue from the console version. Meaning there should be extra features in that anyway (remember that the flash version is free!). Co-op is by far the best feature though.
