Just a simple thread to post up small projects that you'd like others input on, or if you just want to show off your work. Here are a few short game and projects I've made int the last few week/months. (All made in under a day )

I find Pixel Jumper stupidly addicting, which is not a bad thing. Keep working at that one and you might be able to make something of it.

Man, I have a ton of stuff in my Flash folder that I could show you. Like hilariously bad Inkman builds, but some other stuff too.

This was originally going to be entered in last summer's MochiMedia word game content, but I didn't finish it in time.

Instructions:
Click on the title screen to start.
Press Down near the correct letter.
Arrow key platforming.
That's about it.

I admit the game isn't really that much fun, and the graphics aren't that good (guess who did them!) but it's something.

Im following tutorials online and its teaching about meshes and stuff and im makin a volcano! YAY. But i cant get the lamp to work right :/

My dad also told me to make a shelf-like thingamajig. I liek blender, but it makes my netbook lag.

EDIT: Theyre kinda really messy.

Pixel jumper really is amazing.

Video guy, yours was pretty neat too.

I'm going to try to make a volcano now.

Although I haven't figured out liquid yet...

YEA, WELL, MINE IS BETTER BECAUSE I GAVE UP ON THE LIGHTING. Your volcano speedrun is nice.

I decided to start from the very beginning of the Noob-To-Pro tutorial and am now making a person . Its kinda also messy, but I'm proud. His name is Marc Anthony, and he says hi.

Don't fret, maya is amazing. Theres a function that turns rectangles into spheres and rounds it out called smooth that is used for modeling. It still took a couple (4) hours to get as far as I did though.

Edit: This is going to be my last post. I didn't finish my volcano but this is as far as I got. Enjoy.

How does the camera work with maya? And blender has the smooth thingy too. I also decided to start the person model all again, woopdedoo. :/ on the bright side its fun.

In maya the camera can be perspective or an actual camera based object which can be moved. You make the camera move using keyframes. I'm not going to type more then this on a phone but you can google the rest.

So, me and Cool decided to do a 20 minute collab, but it turned into a 40 minute, and then an hour.. it took too long because... well.. I have no earthly idea... It ended up taking like an hour and a half.

Quite possibly the worst game ever

EDIT: Oh, i did. I just had to make sure I clicked on the g or the o. Also, that game is so inspiring. The part where he gets the shoes and stares at the camera really got me and i am filled with a desire to go put on my shoes right now. I thank you.
