Hi, I'm new to the site, but I am a huge fan of brad, and apparently i have met him and didn't know it, but that is beyond the point,
I have a program called Source SDK and when I try to run a map I made using hammer editor it just loads and never stops, thanks for your help
I have tried using hammer editor before, and it isnt my thing. So, in conclusion, i cant help you at all. Also, i dont *think* that anyone here is a map designer, so youll probably get no useful help here. I do have a friend whos good at designing maps though, so i might ask him about it if i see him. Good luck!

I think your problem is that you forgot to compile, F9 if I remember correctly.

I did that, but after it get's past the powered by source screen it just goes black and has a loading animation till eventually it crashes and it says "hl2.exe is not responding"
Hammer is built on the half-life 2 engine, but for some reason it won't respond when I try to run my project, it is a really nice program though, I think the error is on my part somewhere
