Yep I surelly will. Well, I am...
My name came when I watched RAW, ya know, that show when everyone's beating up each other.
Then, I was with a friend, and we needed to get an ID for AOM (oh I love that game).
So, concluding, it was raw (TV show) and cru (which is the translation to portuguese of the word 'raw').
Preety fancy isn't it?

History behind warbaque. About ten or something years ago I was having a hard time coming up with original username. Frustrated with no ideas I just slammed my hand to the keyboard and ended up with wqe, nick that I used for few months. Until one day my friend asked me how are you supposed to pronounce that thing? When I said I've got no idea my other friend suggested that of course it pronounced as warbaque.
The other nickname I regurlarly use is kele, which has simpler story.
Klaus Helenius -> Kelenius -> kelekele is the name you can find me with from irc @ quakenet and few other networks.

Well, i love platypis, and i consider myself fairly artistic. And then ArtisticPlatypus sounds really random, so i like it.
Bananaquit? That's awesome!

Platypi are pretty unique. Monotremes, am i right?

I dunno what that means. But yes, they are really unique. They are one of the two mammals that lay eggs, i think. They also use electricity while hunting, and have a gint duckbill.
I love it.

They are certainly unique. But funnily enough, everytime someone mentions platypus I automatically think of Psyduck from the Pokemon series...

In fact, he is not based on a duck. He is based on a platypus!
Yep, i've been a pokémon freak once upon a time, and then i found that out.

Well, Psyplatypus didn't sound very good...

Nope, and the people who gave him his english name probably didn't think about platypis very often, and associated a slightly duckish appearance to ducks.

Well yea. It's probably the translation teams fault.

"Puder" is actually poder...it means "can" or "be able to" or "power".Posted 3 years ago # -
Monotreme is the family that the Platypus is in. I researched it for a science project. The only other animal in the family is the Echidna, oddly enough. Platypuses actually have poison in the side of their claw!

I didn't know about monotreme and stuff, but i know about the poisonous claw. What an awesome animal.
