Chuck Norris had a cartoon, but it was so violent that it wasn't allowed to be publicly viewed, and if you ever do see it... He has to kill you.

I can't tell if he's a bot or not. The link is almost correct, it has an extra speech mark. Which suggests it was made using the [LINK] button (which funnily enough, produces HTML that breaks the link - only on the forum btw, it would work everywhere else it's just been broken forever and Brad cba to fix it).
Most bots utilise BBCode which is what most forums run nowadays.
In conclusion, I still have no idea if he/she is a bot.
