With yet another absence, and messing around with the Fancy Box, I have officially decided to create this thread. (I believe there weren't any threads on the Fancy Box)
If you would like, post links to your levels! If not, feel free to post it when you're ready!

Dude, there was already another official topic to talk about creating levels; Was called Facy Pants DIY However, I support your initiative since that topic is very old and has been around for 5 years.
I'll send a link here from my level as soon as I draw the walls of the underwater cave. What do you think of you also create a level? It seems you have experience to be able to fiddle with Flash?

I played through your levels a few days ago already. But since I don't have Flash on the laptop I'm currently using, I couldn't take a look at the FLA files, so I hope the converted SWF files in the folder are the current versions of the levels.
I like the art style of the ground in Level 1. The level still feels a bit empty and the general level design doesn't appear to be very polished right now, but I really liked the locations of the hidden stars, especially the star in the water.
You should try to give the levels more of a clear direction: There are several places where I wasn't sure where to go when I played the levels for the first time. The spaces between some of the floating platforms are way too big, since the player can't easily see where he's jumping, which results in some unsatisfying "blind jumps". You should move the platforms closer together or even add some signs and more collectibles that indicate where to go next.

These FLA files can be considered as the latest version of my level since it has not had major additions lately.
You're right to say that it's not very polished, because I still have to draw the Foreground from the first floor; I have not yet found an ideal color to draw the walls of the underwater cave, in addition to several other things (like the two central trees).
On the platforms on the 2nd floor are very far from each other, I think I'll have to leave them wider or put 3 platforms. In fact, the initial idea for that part of the level was to put a rope, like a vine. However, Brad did not put the rope in the Fancy Box Package.
In the future I want to put direction arrows to indicate the path, or the paths. By the way, congratulations on finding the two stars I've already put on the level.

Do not worry I will not take it personally. I know that the people who talk in this forum have a life outside the internet, and so must you. So, do what you said (like deleting spam topics).

AJ, so you can respond to this message, help me. I do not know very well how to grab a single movable platform from Moving Plataforms Template and put it on another level. I know there has to be with the "aplatz" layer, but I have not been able to do it right yet. The closest I got was to get all the platforms together directly from the Library and paste it into the other Library on the other level (Level 1 / Level 3); Then I did other things until it became relatively acceptable.

I don't have access to Adobe Flash / Animate right now, so I can't answer your question...
Can't you just copy the whole movieclip and paste it into the other FLA file?

Sorry for the late response!
I can probably help you, but I just realized that I can't open your FLA files, since you're using Flash CS6.
Please save the files as CS5 FLA files (Adobe offers a downgrade option in the save menu) and upload the folder again, then I'll try to fix this for you.

I can not upload now, because I'm not at home right now. As soon as I have my notebook around again I will save it that way. You really got it right by saying that I use Flash CS6.

I don't know why, but I could only open "Level Template - Level3.fla".
Nevertheless, the platforms now work perfectly in this level. I actually created a small parcour passage in your level, because I wanted to show you some of the possibilities that these platforms offer.
You can delete this passage if you want to; it was just for demonstration...

How did you get those two button-linked platforms to move like that? This really opens up amazing possibilities! I could not even copy the mobile platforms correctly with the moving path of the Moving Plataforms Template, and you can do all that.
And, on top of that you put exactly the song I wanted to put on that level; I still had not managed to make the song repeat itself on the level while playing. Thank you AJ.

On being able to open only Level 3 and not Level 1, I made some mess 2 years ago when I was starting to fiddle with Flash and trying to understand how the relationship between the folder with fla files and the folder with swf files worked.

This was actually the first time I worked with these moving platforms, so it was a new experience for me as well...

How did you get those two button-linked platforms to move like that?

When you click on a platform and then press F9 on your keyboard, you can edit the values of certain Actionscript variables that are linked to the platform. In this case, I changed both the speed and the rotation. But you can also modify the platform type, the range and direction of a moving platform, the "bounciness" of a static platform, and much more.
It's amazing how those minor changes of code can improve the overall gameplay experience.

Simply amazing. Thank you very much AJ. I will have to rework my original plan for this level because of all those possibilities that have been opened; I had drawn this level 1 and the next level 2 when I started using Flash on sheets of paper. Of course I'll be glad if I complete this level.
Even though I understand a bit of code, I've figured out how to choose how much I want the platforms to move. I will still find out more when conducting experiments. Could it be that with these issues in the value of variables and other things, is it possible to get one of those platforms that fade over time?
By the way, do you know who created the Arenas 2 and 3 of the Fancy Box? I still have not lost interest in using the rope on the level, as if it were lianas among the trees.

Well, while I was gone (reviving FPA Social Media ), I decided to mess with the Fancy Box a bit, and took the Golf Level from World 2 and Level 1 of World 1, both with custom backgrounds that I made. I would let you try them out if you wanted to! (Note that there's a water bug at the east wall of the Golf Level, at the time, I had no idea why it existed)
