I was really tired of seeing my gay old builds every time I viewed the thread, and just over the past few weeks, Twisted has become far more official, instead of being my little project. That's why I started this thread. Back then it was my game, now it is our game. Sorry.

In case you didn't know, Twisted is a flash game being coded by myself and drawn by Jesus_Minime

The game also has a site under development, by a brilliant web designer, although I struggle to recall his name...

In case you didn't know about these yet, I found 2 minor bugs.

1)If you, while airborne, hit left or right, he will play the walking animation. That looks kinda odd if you hit left to slow your jump to make sure you land on the platform.

2)If you release L/R, he will play the slide animation. If you, during the slide animation continue to move in the same direction, he won't go back to the walking animation.

With the first bug, does the animation look like the picture I posted?
The second bug has been fixed in a later build(I think (Ill have to check that one)).

[EDIT]: Thanks for that Nyubis. It turns out I hadn't fixed it. Youre in the credits!

No, that's the jump animation, right?
If you release â†’ while jumping and hit â† to make your jump come out better, he ends the jump animation and plays the walk animation.

@Nyubis: Do his legs stay still and just his arms move?? Because I try extremeley hard to get that glitch and it doesn't happen.

Yeah, my bad, it seems he also swings his arms in the jump animation. nvm.

yeah, actually WR, if you walk, then stop walk, and then start walking again will he's playing the slide animation he just slides across the floor on the last frame of his slide animation. you need to make it so the walk animation over-rides the slide one, and if you start walking while he's stopping animation mode gets canceled. i'm not sure exactly how you coded it but, o'm sure with the brilliant mind you have, you'll be able to figure SOME thing out!

thats a good thing? or to much of a copy?

EDIT: oh and wallross, i just checked out the beta you posted. i was just wondering why i'm not it the credits? are you planning on getting a new artist for the game before its released or something?

When I played in the beta, everything seems awfully big. I think I would enjoy it a lot more if everything was smaller.

@Coolnesiac: It is way more scaled now.
@JM: The stop slide glitch is fixed. And your'e gonna be designing all the new menu systems, so why would I do it?

@Coolnesiac: Well, we've got half a level, which is the one you've played, a tutorial, and some unfinished level art.
And we still need to add animations to the Char.

But I'm on holidays, so I've got a fair bit of time.
