Hm... that's a tough one.
I believe my first real program was written in VB6 back in College, no idea what it is though. Probably something simple.
Although, according to my Skydrive, my earliest uploaded code was something called "Displaying letters". Which is displaying letters (duh) on a 8-block display (like the one's you see on clocks).

My first project (I don't know if this counts) was my Maze of Fungi in Scratch. I expected it to be horrible and/or boring, but it turned out to be quite decent. Looking back on it, I could have made it a lot better if I wasn't rushing against a deadline.

No I made it a loooooong time ago. I just didn't upload it on the internet.

I have a "flash platformer" (the very first thing I created), made with a tutorial on youtube and the help of my dad, on the famous "other coputer" that I can't use right now... I'll upload it soon

First thing I made was also a flash platformer made with a tutorial.
First programming thing was probably an adding program made in Pascal on Mac OS 9
I've seen a bajillion games based on that tutorial lol.
