Fancy Keys

keys

The keys are a new addition to the Fancy Pants Adventures series. Each FPA Flash game has been completely free to play, but each has been a multitude of times more ambitious than the last. With your help, World 4 can be the most polished, most feature rich, and most fancy adventure yet!

In the World 1 Remix, here is what purchasing a key will unlock:

– Extra levels that offer a glimpse into future game mechanics (like skateboarding! :O)
– Extra fancy pants and hats to earn
– High quality soundtrack download (contains all music from the original World 1, as well as the Remix)
– Early access to another entirely new level (and a peek behind the scenes as it’s being made)

There’s also multiple tiers of keys:

key

– Key ($2): It’s a regular key! Will unlock all of the above in the Remix.

fancy_key

– Fancy Key ($5): Unlocked everything in the remix and in future Fancy Pants games, like a Season Pass. This key will be an incredible value, I promise!

After everything ever is unlocked, what’s next?? Think of the following keys like the different pledges in a Kickstarter. Instead of unlocking more lives or cheats in game, you’ll receive special digital rewards for your support!

silver_key

– Silver Key ($10): Same as the Fancy Key, but includes a doodled thank you note.

gold_key

– Gold Key ($20): Same as the Fancy Key, but includes a signed Fancy Pants Man drawing.

platinum_key

– Platinum Key ($50): Same as the Fancy Key, but includes a commissioned doodle of anything you’d like, Fancy Pants related, of course! Ever wanted to, say, see Fancy Pants Man fight a dragon? Chill with your own character? Go to the moon and eat ice cream with aliens? Here’s your chance!

extra_fancy_key

– Extra Fancy Key ($100): The more awesome key there is! Unlocks all content in the Remix and future FPA games, and includes a full page, full color drawing straight from your imagination! Make it your desktop image, print it out and frame it, give the best birthday gift ever! Whatever you do, it will be a one of a kind drawing made just for you!

Keys can be purchased on Kongregate with Kreds, or BorneGames with PayPal or credit card.

Please email me if you would like your reward addressed to a name other than your username, and of course, to let me know what your Silver Key or Extra Fancy Key draws should be of.

    I gotta buy that Extra Fancy Key someday. Sure, it’ll take a huge chunk out of my savings and I have no job, but for me it’s worth it.
    Mainly for bragging rights. 😛

    Now if only I could do online transactions…

    I’m just kind of wondering if you can upgrade the key type after you already have one. (You probably can, I’m just being weird :P)

      Yep, you can. I already own the normal key and the better key options are still available.

      But the prices don’t seem to go down (e.g. Fancy Key won’t cost $3 instead of $5 if you already bought the normal Key), so make sure you know which key you want to get if you want to save money.
      If you don’t care though and you wanna support Brad some more, be my guest! 😉

    I apologize for reviving an old topic, but I feel that my question is an important one, and I have yet to see it answered.

    If I buy a Fancy Key with Kreds, will the key be tied to my Kongregate account, or is there a way to associate it with a Borne Games account? Because, personally, I prefer to play the games on this site rather than Kongregate.

    I also prefer to buy things with Kreds, because Kongregate lets you do third-party offers (such as surveys) to get Kreds.

    For some reason, i really want the skateboard, but i can’t seem to get it. Do you have to do something in order to get it? if anyone responds that i can get it i will be VERY happy :fpm: 😎 !!

    I accidentally spent 5$ on Kreds to get the regular key, then immediately afterwards realized I’d meant to get the fancy key. GG.

          It’s some random bug. Hopefully he fixes it when he touches the Remix again. Note: Once he falls off the level and says ow billions of times, you can’t do anything else but refresh the page.
          What I’d do is right before he dies, I hit “R”. It resets the level.

    I purchase the 5$key yesterday I have been playing The Fancy Pants adventures since I was 4 and now i am 15 and 1/2. I even have the X-box 360 edition.There all really good and amazing games unlike the other low life flash games out there. I am going to create a video game myself someday mabey even this year. I could use some advise from time to time so I will ask questions when I have the questions to ask.
